Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, Little Rock

What a great week!  We visited orphanages, gave food to a poor family, spoke to strangers about Jesus, counseled troubled families, handed out bible school materials and bibles and also painted the Monte Sion Church and School.  You name it, we most likely did it!  The beginning of the week we started out looking at orphanages.  We made appointments to visit 5 orphanages and 1 school.  3 of which Justin and I had never been to.  It turns out that 1 orphanage is for special needs children, another houses children in various different homes, and the other houses only girls.  We were turned away at the home for girls but the others were a great success.  Even though we were turned away, we still managed to make something else out of that day.  We took bibles and tracts and hit the streets.  We handed them out to everyone we ran into and spoke to them about Salvation.  It was a perfect ending to a day.
We also held training every night at the Church and every member came!  Members from the church also came to help during the orphanage visits.  This was the first for the members to help.  Justin and I are so grateful to be apart of this experience.

And prayed over this family

Also,

Wednesday night we gave Angel his new wheel chair!  He and his family was so happy and thankful!  Thank you all for your prayers and contributions to make this possible for him.  Now his parents do not have to carry him anymore.
